Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration will be launched in October 2019. Please note that you will need your Exhibitor ID (provided on the top of your 2020 Exhibitor Invoice) in order to register once open. Once you have completed your staff registrations, please note that you will receive an automatic registration confirmation email which will include all important APEC 2020 Housing Information. For any additional questions, please reach out to exhibits@apec-conf.org.

Exhibitor Service Manual

The APEC 2020 Exhibitor Service Manual will be made available by November 2019 for all current exhibitors. The Exhibitor Service Manual will provide all APEC exhibitors with the necessary tools, resources and specifications to exhibit at APEC 2020.

Exhibitor Newsletters

The APEC Exhibitor Newsletter provides timely information to APEC exhibitors about relevant conference and exhibition news, best practices and deadlines. Issues of the APEC Exhibitor Newsletter are posted here and are delivered via email to registered exhibitors. Please note: the first exhibitor newsletter is set to be sent out during the fall 2019.

Housing Piracy Notice

As a potential attendee of APEC 2020, you may be contacted by phone or email by outside housing companies to secure hotel reservations for APEC 2020, taking place March 15–19, 2020, in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. The intent is to convince you that the offer is made on APEC’s behalf, or that the soliciting company is a viable alternative to going directly to the hotel. These companies are not affiliated or working in partnership with APEC, and reservations made through these companies cannot be guaranteed.
