Hotel Reservations

In order to keep registration prices low to our attendees, APEC has negotiated room blocks at selected hotels near the Long Beach Convention Center.  Actualizing those room blocks are the only way APEC receives the benefits we need to produce the annual conference. When you book outside of the block (by calling the hotel directly, or by using third party websites), your hotel room does not count toward our total room block, and does not help us get closer to our goal. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT HOUSING COMPANIES: We have been informed by some exhibitors that they have been contacted by a third party housing agency [Exhibitor Housing Company or Convention Housing Management are two companies we’re aware at this time] to book hotel rooms for the APEC 2013.  This third party may claim they are the APEC Housing Coordinator or an authorized vendor; however, they are not authorized by APEC and are in no way affiliated with our organization. If you have booked hotel rooms through Exhibitor Housing Company, Convention Housing Management or another 3^rd party, we strongly recommend you cancel your reservation and obtain a refund.

APEC 2013 Host Hotels are the Hyatt Regency Long Beach and Renaissance Long Beach Hotel. Additionally, the Hilton Long Beach Hotel and Westin Long Beach are offering a limited number of sleeping rooms for our attendees. Please book by Friday, February 22, 2013 to ensure you receive the group rate. Rooms are subject to availablity after this date and may be at prevailing rates.
