Wednesday Evening Social Event

APEC will be spending the evening at the Austin Music Hall-for a dinner with entertainment that is pure Texas. Barbeque with all the fixings will be served, and there will be seating available for everyone! Entertainment, beginning at 8:30 PM will be by the Texas legend, Billy Joe Shaver. A singer and songwriter whose talent is compared to Hank Williams and Willie Nelson, Shaver's performance will highlight this true Austin experience. No cameras, audio or video recording devices will be permitted in the facility.

The Social Event is only included in registration fee for the Full Conference and Technical Sessions. All others may purchase tickets through Early Registration for $60.00. Tickets may or may not be available at the conference so if you need one for yourself or an extra for your spouse or guest, be sure to order it through Early Registration.

The buses will start to load in front of the Hilton Hotel at 6:45 PM. The doors of the Austin Music Hall will open at 7:00 PM. For those that wish to return early, the first bus to return to the hotel will start loading about 9:00 PM. It will depart when full. The last bus to the hotel is expected to depart about 10:15 PM.
